Ok, from now on.. i’m going to add a new tag for recipes. I’m going to try something new, once in a while and put up a post for it. What better way to begin than participate in Nupur’s BB6.
Meethe Chawal or Saakar Bhath ,( Kesar Bhath as its called in marathi) has been an all time favourite of mine. It has been long since I ate it and never had I attempted to make it. I took this as a challenge and voila! found the perfect recipe for it.
I found the recipe on ‘Beyond Curries’ which belongs to a group of enthusiastic food lovers. It has a fabulous collection of recipes.
I enjoyed making the recipe and enjoyed eating it too! This was one of those ‘the proof of the pudding lies in the pudding’ moments.
